    Bird Report: Day Two.

    William's looking fine this morning, hasn't really moved an inch from where I put him down last night.


    Getting ready to fly



    Unfortunately, he's not quite ready yet. He's almost got it, but not yet. So I figured, I should give him some bread or something.


    He's just chirping a little bit now. I don't think he likes me.

    If there's a wild animals rescue centre near you - that's you're best bet. Otherwise leave him outside for sure and let nature take its course. His parents may still be near by and feed him when you're not around. Don't take him inside cos he'll definitely die. He probably won't eat your bread - he can't digest it anyway. He may eat worms tho' or very very very small pieces of grape. The sugar from the grape will give him some energy and hopefully some water.

    Good luck with him. Hope he survives.

    He ate a lot of bread already...



    I soaked the bread in water, of course. I hope that doesn't kill him, but honestly I'm not devoted to keeping this thing alive.
    I'll give him some grape pieces later... after I get some sleep.

    I feel like he's ready to fly now, but my neighbor's got this pool party thing going on, and I don't want to look like a loony.

    If he hasn't moved, he's probably not ready and may feel safer staying put. Don't know what the temperature is at night where you live but if it gets cold, make a small hole in the soil where you put him and he'll be warm. Sounds as though he's eating and getting water from you. Hopefully you'll find he's flown away just as soon as he's ready.

    Alright cool, thanks for the help. He walks around a little bit now, so he's doing a little better than he was when he got here. He pooped up the little soil thing pretty bad.

    If you make good videos, you get paid. Channels that get a lot of attention are offered a chance to rent out ad space, and they get paid for it.
