I'll admit though, I like Hamilton. Dood's an aggressive driver unlike that other British sod  Button.

Malaysia looking fun. Lots of mix up at the top.

I think this year will be enjoyable.

Good to see some new names in the F1 discussion thread. I feel that we may have won over Dave, Pg, and a few others... Have fun this year guys, I know I will.

    Here's to fast racing.

P.S. I love being on the west coast. Staying up late is better than waking up early.

Oh Pgeee, even at 100 RPM less these engines are sounding fantastic. Do you hear that? Good for the FIA for stepping up their audio this year. Hopefully they will get with the HD soon (they might have HD cameras this year. IDK, silly cruddy TV).

Well not to ruin it but drivers are having a heck of a time right now because it's getting rainy and cloudy. The track temp has dropped almost 20 degrees.

Re: The Official Formula 1 Discussion Thread.

FYI, I just finished "The Chariot Makers" by Steve Matchett.

Its really good. "Mechanics Tale" is soo good/ I havn't read "Life in the pit lane"but I've heard its the best.

Pick them up. Fantastic reads. "Flat out and Flat Broke" might be the best F1 book I've read.

Re: The Official Formula 1 Discussion Thread.

fuck off. i ain't gonna read a book about cars zipping about.

but did you know that when at monaco - for example, or any street course, that the manhole covers have to be welded down coz the downforce from the f1 cars would otherwise suck the manhole covers off the road!!?? FACT!! i googled.

night night - work tomorrow. i shall watch the end bit of practice from my bed.
