should i buy this board? i have no idea..

to use for ridding backside of lake louise resort and also just for Canadian conditions.

    Thanks

    Transit I. Team

The top of this board looks like a really cool oldschool photo scrapbook of your family's history. That is if your family was on a TV show in the 1950s. But the board is all of this generation. You can tell that when you see Jukka Eratuli and Per Loken dropping in with this under them, well, or above them. It's a real twin freestyle boardthat's totally geared for the park.

Intelligence™ Fibers Technology in Tip and Tail
    Multiple Sidewall Construction
    NEW Edge Defender
    Carbon Kevlar Torsion Frame
    Power Center Wood Core
    Radial sidecut
    Real Twin Shape
    Sintruded IS4600 Base
    Slick Grind 10 Base Tuning
    Edge de-tuning

says its a park board, i am not looking for a park board but the sales person was selling it as a powder all mountain board to me today.

i dont want to spend more than $500 and i guess its more of a all mountain/powder board.

I am 162cm and weight can range from 55-60kgs.

I am a size 7 UK shoe size.

    riding skill - pretty crappy.

i don't know if the board you are looking at will really be an improvement on your troop...

what are you looking for, as compared to your troop... better edge hold?  quicker turns?  float in pow?  shorter/longer?

I'd reccomend a malolo 149, but it's a fair bit more than $500.  Guess I have expensive tastes.  But I think very few people on earth have regretted getting a malolo for that sort of thing...

I say go for the Operator 154 ($430) or the Mayhem 155 ($400). If you are not that good of a rider yet, POW riding is not going to be too joyful for you. You have to learn how to ride POW or you'll be break dancing a lot on the mtn.

I know that NS is hated here, but one of my friends I patrol with recently switched to one of their womens board, and she loves it. Last years model also won the goodwood award for womens board, although that isnt that big of a deal. Another friend rides a Feelgood and likes it alot. *shrugs*
