    nosepress

    iv been tring the park out for a while now and i can do 50-50's and boadslides but i really want to do a nosepress.

    any ideas?

    yes, instead of doing a 5050 or a boardslide do a nosepress

    throw all your weigh back and press down as hard as you can on your tail and you'll enter a perfect nose press trust me you may think it would be the opposite but its not.

    i find it easier to do a switch nose press because im used to the feeling of leaning backwards. so just go onto the box or rail and switch and do a nose press but it will kind of feel like your doing a tailpress. this is kind of how i learned.

    That's a nice instructional video.  He does a good job of explaining it.  I like how he walks you through it with his board unstrapped.  He also emphasizes that the turning initiates from your shoulders. It took me the longest time to realize that when doing spins and it makes all the difference.

    before u try it on a box go to any flat surface put on your board and do nosepress to pratice and tosoften up your board.
