    He just...I dunno he seems a little too full of himself.Maybe I just dont like him cuz he is a ginger. He just seems a tad overrated,Yeah he has nice tricks but....I dunno. Anyone? I expect this topic to be filled with people that worship him(hope not though)

    no, actually, most of us here dont like him either.

    in my opinion, shaun white = robotic (park and pipe dialed, but no room to change), wins everything

    but i bet you i could out-ride him if he came here.  skills in a perfectly carved park and pipe thats the same every time you hit it will NOT help you here.

    That I doubt. Although he did look like crap in First Decent I'm sure the dude has more than enough skills to outride any of us in any terrain.

    gonna have to go with ken on this one. pipe is the hardest thing to ride, and at the level he can ride it?? if you can ride pipe like that you have serious edge control and balls

    i dont know man, id be interested to see him ride here.  im not saying id beat him by much if i did beat him, but still.  i think its possible.

    I remember at the skate vert competition in the dew tour, he started whining and complaining, .literally, when he lost. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't care how unfair it was, a man his age and status needs to have more maturity. I have very very little respect for him, but i have lots for his style.

    yeah, but its a TOTALLY different skill.  you could be the best pipe rider, but the skills dont transfer over.

    im just saying, i think i could give him a run for his money.

    So is there any internal strife at Burton between Shaun White and Kevin Pierce? Or is Transworld just blowing a small incident out of proportions?

    one of my friends went to Revelstoke this past season to film Shaun, JP (Solgberg) and Rencz. From what he's told me Shaun stomped everything he stomps in the park into pow plus a few fancy new manouvers. By all accounts he shreds pow just as hard as park an pipe. Like him or not (I do NOT) the kid has got skills.
