How old you are has nothing to do with whether or not you wear a helmet. What is more embarrasing,  wearing the helmet even if your the only one; or a concusion or the one living with a tramatic  brain injury or even worse dead. Did you know your brain is the consistancy of jello? Is it really worth the risk?  Think long and hard it. Don't think it can't happen to you.

in the park, defiantly. i used to not wear one thinking it was for wimps, but then a buddy almost died so now I always wear one. unless i'm going to just go up and down the hill with my on-ear head phones. age=19
