What binding size?

Guys i need help choosing my binding size.. ive got 11 us-men ( 290 ) size boot and i was wondering if i can actually get a binding thats XL size ( 295+ mondo size )

Anyone have problems moving the highback sideways on newer bind?

I have used a pair of Frankenbinders for several seasons and love them.
CFX baseplates, 02 Leather CFX toe straps, CO2 ankle straps and Mission highbacks.
I love the setup as it is light as hell and really adjustable and stiff.

I was looking at getting a newer pair of bindings for my Malolo pow board (CO2, Cartel, etc)--so I dont have to deal with removing bindings--making sure I get them back to where they ought to be when I change back, etc etc.

Anyways, I am wondering if anyone has had any issues getting the highback to a parallel position on the edge with the newer designs. I ride both highbacks to almost exactly parallel. What I noticed on the P1's I just got, is I cant really tweak it as much as the Mission highback to get it where I like to be. I just cant get it to go to that angle, given my 21* angle.
I ride 21* in the front, -12* on back.
I guess I am just running up against a design limitation here.
Oh well, I guess if Snow White can rock those designs successfully then I have nothing to worry about!

Custom X Wide 159cm Board....Bindings???

I have recently purchased the Custom X Wide 159cm board but im still yet to purchase a pair of bindings to compliment the board. Has anyone got any suggestions on what bindings would suit the board?

just got the 09 uninc EST bindings in....

are there supposed to be no gas pedals on these?

i guess since that... there's no disc/base... you're 'closer' to the board... there may not be a need for them.

wondering how they'll feel without the additional support.

are all EST bindings like this?

i've got Triad EST form last year on my Uninc and i really like them.
this year i want to get new binding for my pow board - Piranha 57 :) , until now i used my old cartel,but this year its time to finish the setup with new EST binding.
i wonder with one form this year line will be the same or close to my Triad - Malavita EST or Exile EST ?

Burton Custom 2009 with Burton Mission EST's need HELP

Hey guys,
I am 6'2 180 lbs. And i just purchased a Burton Custom 2009 with Burton Mission EST bindings... The bindings are large and my boot size is 10 1/2. I wanted to ask you guys as i am a freestyle rider (hitting park and all around the mountain) what would be good angles for me and what is the easiest way to make sure that i am accurate in the degrees. Also, any help on stance width would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just wondering if anyone's tried putting size 9 ions in small bindings? Or is someone using small bindings with size 8 or 8.5 boots who can tell me if there's still some room?

I'm going with either Cartels or CO2s and can get them A LOT cheaper in smalls.

High Back Replacements

I'm looking for some info on weather a Cartel EST high back would fit last years mission est binding. Looking for a bit less forward lean here cause my ozone's dont fit quite that well. I really have to jam the heal in so it rests snug in the heel cup region.

i recently swapped out my toe caps for the new school slit ones on my uninc ests, anyone else have to trim the tip a lil of the plastic strap to fit right?

and....

last year i done fucked up my legs cuz i landed on wrong or something on my est's...whats a good setup to ride, and width to ride.. i love riding rails, but not super duckstance.. i tried duck before and it was eh... i think my degrees were wrong so when i landed something crushed in my knee.. sucked, ended season early.. help me out EST vip!

Im thinking about picking up some of the new Burton Custom's for this season. They look like a pretty good deal for $160. Does anyone have any feedback about these bindings?

Ive never had any Burton bindings before, i rode some mediocre Drake F50's last year. They were cheap, but pretty uncomfortable.

Binding Base Plates

I found a rossignol board for really cheap and i was thinking about getting it to last a season before i spend some money on a nice board, but the owner of a local snowboard shop was telling me that burton had a custom binding base plate and wouldn't work on other boards. He said I would have to ask for a standard one or buy it from the site, but i don't see these available. I was looking to put the Burton Customs on last years model of the rossignol RPM. Will the customs fit on this board or do i need a special base plate or what?

Centering Bindings

Hey guys,

I just got my first burton ics setup and was curious to know the correct answer to binding setup. I always just threw my bindings on without much thought but would like to know... Should you center the base plate to the board or the actual boot in the bindings... I would guess that it would be the boot but it seems that the front toe edge of the base plate (movable toe piece) is almost flush with the side edge of the board and the heel side of the base plate is about an inch away from the side edge when the boot is centered... Sound okay??

08 Triads versus Uninc???

I have some 08 Triads I'm looking to get rid of for the 09 Unincs. Is this a smart move, anyone ridden either of these before? I liked the triads but they felt a little too heavy, just wondering if the Uninc is a big difference or step up? Thanks! If anyone wants my Triads I'm trying to sell them on ebay right now.

Got some EST Lo-Backs for my 08/09 EST Triads and they don't fit! The bottom wings are way bigger. Anyone wanna buy them or u think I should drill new hole to try to make them fit. I wish the website would have said they wont fit older bindings!
