There is also a new mens park focused boot called the poacher. It is Really soft and going to be very inexpensive (200-250 CAD)

The freestyles are the best looking boots in the lineup this year.

The Jeremy Jones pro model boot was modeled off of the sabbath(2006) and Has the EST sole. I got the low down on the sole as well. It is flat so it interfaces with the baseplate on EST bindings basically just giving your an overall better feel.

The Ozone is a sick boot all over. Lightest boot in the lineup EVER very soft. It is being compared to the Ultralight and is guaranteed not to be total ***. Expected to ride 100 days.

ill agree that the rulers do look more like a cheaper boot than this years (theres a definite different "look" to the materials and shapes and things in cheaper boots), but theyre still rulers.

drivers on the other hand, i think they look sick. not cheaper at all. im a fan, theyre just too stiff for me.

Now that I see these boots more, the Ruler also looks lame, along with the Driver X..downgraded for sure.

Jeez the only boots I like in this 08/09 line are the Serrow(lame colors, nice design) Moto, Ion, SL...the rest are boring.

Good thing I am set for next year.

the stumpy can be used for a "park boot" but it also comes with a seperate liner so they could be used more as a street boot or for shovelling the driveway or whatever. i think its like the archive line, just a fun throwback product that isn't meant to be taken too seriously thanks for the info, I didn't noticed the different liners at first on the pics, knowing that they make more "sens"
