Any reviews on last years feelgood? I don't want to spend alot of dough on a new board from this years line, so I'm thinking about getting last years feelgood. Anybody have any input?

Boots problem

Hi guys,

I have Sapphire Boots since 2 years. Last year, after half day, I am having swollen ankles. then the day after I can not enter in my boots anymore neither my shoes...

I had the same with Burton Moto boots....

Does anyone know what it is? How can I be sure, it wont be the same with new boots?

Hi, I am looking to buy my first board but don't know what size to get. Im 5'5 and 145 lbs. I was looking at the Burton 2009 Feather 144cm but I think maybe I weigh too much for it. Could anyone give me a recommendation on what size board I need. Thanks.

Hey friends,

i bought my self a liberty jacket last year, cuz its tight and goretex and what not, buttttttt it wasnt right for me, for riding and dicking around the city...so, i am trying to sell it. I probably wore it 3-6 times...its in perfect condition...

GORTEX, BLACK, LIBERTY, SIZE MEDIUM, RAD, AWESOME, WARM, WELL YOU NEED TO LAYER WITH IT, BUT ITS GOT A NICE SATIN LINING! obviously you can check it out on the internets if you want the serious details about it...

but, id like to sell it for pretty cheap, considering its only been worn a few times and goretex! awww snap!

Supermodel 2009 or 2010

How big is the difference (espeacially regarding the channel) between the burton supermodel 2009 and the 2010 ? Has the technology of the channel been improved or is it the same? How about other differences of the two boards?

Ok.. so I have a board here that I have only rode literally like four/five times in the last 3 years. It's a Burton Clash. I believe it's the 2006 model. Reason for not riding: I have two other boards in which I would prefer for myself over the Clash. It's a good looking board though and it rides good. Anywho.. the face is cream colored and black in between the bindings. The base is red, says Burton in cursive and has a guitar pick on it also if that matters to anyone. Haha. I have Black Freestyle bindings on it as well as size 9 Black Burton Moto boots. Not the fanciest set up in the world but it was just for a few rides. (actually my temporary board while I was in the process of saving up money for my Troop) The set up cost me roughly around $500.00 when I bought it back in 06. Since it's an older board and not the best of the best as far as set up i'm asking $275.00/OBO. (for all of it.) So just hit me up if you want pictures or have any questions.

The Rome Lo-Fi

So, the girl is also looking to get into the Rome line-up. She's been riding the Burton Troop for a couple of seasons, but wants something different.

She's an all-mountain rider, from pow to park to rails, looking for a freestyle allrounder, perhaps even a park board. However, she's still going to do powder runs.

The Rome Lo-Fi seems to fit that bill, but what about the 1985? Any of you gals who can give any input? The only other board she's looking at is the Feelgood ES, but I'm thinking it might not be enough playful for her.

Hello,

I have the 1.43 lux of burton and im searching for a more playfull, softer and smaller board. At the end of the season i used the lipstick end i liked the v-rocker a lot,but it was really big for me. And since this years lipstick doesnt have small sizes i am after vavavoom and blender. I'd like to play around with my board but to be able to ride powders too.

Do you have some advices for these 2 boards and will i have a problem if i go from 1.43 to 1.39?

G/f's new board

I'm thinking about getting the G/F an early christmas gift, a new board. She rides a 162 mens right now. Here are her specs:

6 feet tall, ridiculously long legs

140 Ilbs

Size 8 boots

She likes groomers and thats pretty much it.

Any advice? Should she be on a womens board? I'm thinking she should demo some boards next year but I was just looking for the BMB opinion.

BOARD ADVICE PLZ

I'm looking for advice on what board to buy from all you pro boarders out there. I'm looking for a women's all mountain board on which I can also do some ollies and small (I mean really small jumps). I'm 5ft 4in, 120lbs and have boots size 8 (mens' though cos I got wide feet). I have been boarding 3 times and for the last 2 times rented 145 board which was comfortable. Any suggestions on length, board (prefer Burton of course!) and bindings. I seem to prefer a more flexible board too. Like to work on good technique at the moment and not speed cos I'm an old newbie coming into this awesome sport. Thanks.

Hi, I am a chick looking for a women's freeride board. I'm 5'5", 110 Lb, skill level is probably close to advanced. I carve aggressively on groomers & like trees and powder. I don't do any parks or tricks, except occasional jumps on the trails. Currently I ride a 08-09 Salomon Ivy 149, and am happy with it, but am thinking about getting a tree freeride board to progress my skills. I don't have any desire to ride the parks or tricks. I'm not sure at what stiff level the Ivy is, but I'm willing to try something stiffer. And b/c of my riding style, I don't think a stiffer board will give me too much trouble. I'm looking at Supermodel or Feelgood ES. What should I get, and should I get a 151 or 146 for Supermodel, or 150 or 145 for Feelgood ES? Appreciate the help.

the coalition board collection SUCKS!! you people that make these are PIGS!! Did your mother not teach you anything. How about buying one for your 4 year old daughter when she starts to snowboard!

I will not use this product any more nor will any other person on my ski bus or at my school! Publishing a paper on it and sending it into the locakl newspaper so that nobody else uses them either. If ski resorts are banning them then get a frikin' clue you morans!
