Cal WAS mad overrated, but when 100% healthy that team isnt bad.. just not a top 10 team.. Pac 10 players in general are basically gettin hurt left and right this year.

As far as the top 5/6, WVU will win out, and honestly.. 4 of the 5 teams in front of them can do the same thing. No way 3 Big 12 teams should be in the top 5 at this point in the season, everyone agrees that the conference is in a down year, but 2 of them could possibly run the table.

1) Arkansas can give LSU a run but it's a longshot, and depending on who they play in the SEC championship, but it looks good for them right now.

2) Oregon will have a challenge at Az, at UCLA, and home vs rival O st. Any team there can get amped up and pull out an upset at any given time. That UCLA game looks especially dangerous.

3) Mizzou should handle Kansas, they are bound to lose.. Mizz may win out but will hopefully lose to either Oklahoma or Texas in the Big 12 champ.

4) Oklahoma will lose to either Tex Tech or Ok St., they both have the firepower to keep up.

that UCONN - WV game is only a couple weeks away, UConn is not bad, but theyve def benefited from ridiculous luck in nearly every game, too bad they couldnt still be undefeated for the game here in Morgantown.

in honest opinion I think that uconn will lose by 2 or more touchdowns, after getting spanked by cinci I don't have much hope.

Went to the uconn game yesterday, what a great game. Hey fat lou remember when you said there is no way that oregon can beat usc?

word? you were out in my neck of the woods. i watched it at a friend's house. insane that UConn football is nationaly ranked in the top 25!!! i was at the UConn/Akron game 3 or 4 weeks ago. great times.

Yup crazy game, my cousins husband is the linebackers and special teams coach, we talked to him after the game and it is amazing to get the prespective of the coach rather than what you just see. On the last play on the boot where the qb for usf would have scored and number 10 stopped him, number 10 wasn't even supposed to be there.

that's cool as hell. yea, football is crazy like that. sometimes the plays that end up working are ones that fall apart. i think i am going to the game on Nov. 9th., or 10th...one of those days.

Yup a really up and coming program, a kid at my school has a scholarship to play football there, so you might be seeing him in the near future.

nice. i was offered a partial scholarship for soccer there. but i declined as i decided to go to UNC for soccer...but then senior year i tore my ACL and no one wanted me. ah well. 'nuff about me...UConn is starting to steam roll and seems to mean business. though i was more amazed they beat Louisville last week than USF this week. i don't see them beating W. Virginia, but you never know. if they did, i say they should be ranked top 15, easily.

for sure, you must be pretty darn good at soccer, isn't unc one of the tops in the nation at soccer. It is too bad I quit soccer at a young age and went to football, wish I had it the other way around. I enjoy watching football, but not as much playing football. They will have their hands full against west virginia for sure. I was soacked after yesterdays game, it was pissing rain at the beginning.

how do you loose to two teams ranked in the top ten. fall out of the top twenty five, and CRUSH a 12th ranked georgia bulldogs (who have lost to at least one unranked team) and they still be ranked above you?

It's only one ranking, and maybe that florida game is still in the voters mind.
