Custom x wide 64, custom wide 62, or jussi 59

i snowboard in the midwest in small resorts that are mostly park but i travel to colorado at least twice a year and i am thinking about getting a board made for powder and steep groomers etc. i currently ride a fix 162 with cartel est. i have size 13 feet

I am currently looking at the custom x wide 164 custom wide 162 and jussi 159. the easy choice would be the custom x but it is a bit on the pricey side and the custom just doesnt seem aggressive enough and the jussi i just dont know much about. i dont want to get new bindings so i am sticking with my cartels.

it would help greatly to let me kno which one will work best and if there is a board that would work that isnt listed let me know but remember i have cartel est so i need the board to have the channel

it would help if you gave your stats so we have an idea of the size that would fit you well..  weight for the most part, but your height can matter too.. if youre 5'6 vs 6'6, thats a big difference there that affects the ride.... but at the same time, it sounds like you have an idea of the size you need, so....

as far as the type of board, none of those are "made" for pow.  pow specific boards, in short, are tapered and setback more significantly.. like a malolo or fish.  sounds like you want one board for everything though, so taper doesnt make as much sense.  the custom x sounds like the better one of the ones listed.. sounds like you want a more aggressive board.

yah well im wondering if the extra 200 dollars is worth it or save my 200 dollars and get something almost as good

i have also read some reviews and some people say the jussi is actually better than the custom X but im not sure

i also want to do jibs and jumps(natural) with the board cause i want to have a lot of fun with it too

the jussi isnt "better"... thats all a matter of preference.  and if you have size 13 boots, youre definitely going to need a wider board, which the jussi is not.

if you want to do jumps and jibs and things as well, then that points more toward the custom.  its not a soft board, its just not like a custom x.  also, everyones definition of aggressive is different.  the custom is for sure going to feel more "aggressive" than your fix, though.  but really,  i think the fix is a fine choice for doing what you want to do with it.  what do you want in your new board, different from the fix?  that could be the easiest way to figure it out.

I have an '08 Custom X 159 Wide used exactly 1 day. Just not my board of choice here in the east coast. Mint condition. If of any interest, lemme know. Otherwise, I would rule out the Jussi given your behemoth feet.

how much for the x? i live in the midwest so you would have to ship

oh wait does it even have the channel? if it does it would have to be less than $350  cause i can get an x for 350 (sierrasnowboard.com)

oh and i would want to use the board for all mountain except for park but i want it to be able to do natural jibs and jumps off to the side of runs and backocountry powder etc i do not want a tapered board becausei wont be spending the entire day in pow/trees and if i did get a tapered board i would probaly then have to get an all mountain board
