    give me some outerwear advice

I need to get some new outerwear. No Burton, no technine, no Sound, and no Holden or anything overly tight. I have no idea what to get, nothing to flashy. Go.

Check out the Vans line. Or... if you really want non-flash stuff... check out ski gear haha.

Company wise I really like Airblaster or bonfire.

It can depend a lot on where you ride.  Up in the Northwest you are going to want a lot of water proofing where as CO you can get away with less.  Fully taped seams at least in your pants are a good idea and at least 10k waterproofing.  Fully taped seams on a jacket are also nice and I like a minimum of 10k here as well.  Just remember that the warmer and dryer you are the happier you will be.

I totally agree on the 10k waterproofing.. I forgot to mention that. It's also nice to have a waist-gaiter inside the coat to keep the snow out when you wipe out

Oakley.  Best bang for the buck.  Two years of solid use and I haven't been disappointed unlike some other brands.

    yeah this

Just get a nice solid color and your set, pretty much all their jackets are 10k and fully taped.

I got a new pair of Special Blend Annex pants for this season and they are really nice. I haven't tried them in the snow yet but they promised 15k waterproof and 10k breath ability + they got vents both on the insides of the legs and across the thighs. I love venting, it's perfect for early or late season when the weather is warmer,so you don't overheat.

Yeah, but its more core bra. Burton is for poser faggots, analog is for core bras, the real snowbraders, I mean boarders.

Re: give me some outerwear advice

    I have a question too.
I'm going to order some holden outerwear and was wondering how it fits. I normally wear around a 30/32 in jeans and other kinds of pants. What size Holden should I got for? (btw, i'm getting the standard skinny pants)
And for jackets, I'm looking for a longer fitting jacket that would go well with the holden skinnys. I'm 5'11" - 6' and around 150 lbs.
    thanks.
