Now that i've taken care of my 11-year-old nephew, I'm having trouble finding a board for his older brother.
He's 5'4", 125 lbs, and has size 11 feet already. And he's 13, so he's gonna get bigger.
I'm trying to find a board for him that will last at least a couple of years. Any ideas? He doesn't do any park except for the jumps, more interested in going down steeper and steeper runs every year.

sounds to me like you need a mid wide board. they are inbetween being a regular and a wide board (optimized for a 10.5 boot) and for this reason can be purchased in smaller sizes. midwide boards under 150cm are: Dominant, Joystick, Fix, Seven, and a Jeremy Jones comes in a 151. those are the widest burton boards you will find under 150cm

I would've loved to have an uncle like you when I was growing up.
Anyway, while those are some tricky proportions, he might be alright with the Joystick 150, or the Hero 149. He
might
be able to handle the Mayhem 153, depending on his riding style, or if he's going to be growing a little more anyway.
I'm not familiar enough with other companies, but it might be good to explore those possibilities as well.

Yeah, I was looking at the Rome Crail, anyone know anything about that one? There's a 2009 available online that comes in a 147, might be perfect for him, I just never heard of the board. Never rode a Rome at all but I've at least heard good things about the company.
