who cares about the particulars, lets eat... spicy lamb red curry - a recipe ingredients - diced onions/ garlic/ ginger/ peppers (your choice either green or red) / mushrooms/ lalhaks HOT curry powder/ Coconut milk or Thai House red curry sauce (my recommendation)/ Paprika/ all spice/ lamb dice and crush the garlic & ginger to a consistency that you like then add to a deep heated (not smoking) saucepan with olive oil. add 1 teaspoon lahlak's hot curry powder & spices that you like (salt/pepper/paprika/ all spice is usually good) when the garlic and ginger begin to brown add the onions and sautay in the oil when the onions are half cooked add the peppers and the meat cook on med/high until the meat is med rare then add the mushrooms and coconut milk (i use the thai house red coconut sauce) turn the heat down somewhat and fold together all the ingredients until fully cooked - add some spice and/ or curry powder for that extra zing serve with rice/ or nan bread and serve with a bottle of chilled J Lohr red (Penfolds Callonga works just as well) enjoy, and pour some out for your boy for hooking you up!
